Reynald Bernier is an entrepreneurial leader and a seasoned accounting and tax expert. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Berakah Service Center, a multi-service community hub based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Reynald Bernier is an entrepreneurial leader and a seasoned accounting and tax expert. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Berakah Service Center, a multi-service community hub based in Boston, Massachusetts.
His academic foundation is robust and international. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Sciences in 2008, followed by a Master's Degree in the same field in 2009, both from INUKA University in Haiti. He further enhanced his education with a certification from the University Of Quebec in Montréal (UQAM) in 2010 and pursued a specialization in Project Management.
From 2006 to 2018, Mr. Bernier built a rich professional career in Haiti, holding key positions in accounting and Project Coordinator for various NGOs and institutions. His civic engagement also led him to serve as Vice-President of the Electoral Office of Jérémie in Haiti on behalf of the Haitian government from 2006 to 2008.
A visionary entrepreneur, he founded several initiatives aimed at boosting local economic development and empowering communities:
- HAITI CONSEIL (2011): A training agency for entrepreneurship and business plan coaching.
- HAITI SOCIAL BUSINESS (2012): A microcredit institution dedicated to supporting small businesses, primarily led by women.
- EXHAUSTIC (2013): A technology company co-founded with Samuel Bourdeau, which distinguished itself as the 2nd Place Laureate in the business plan competition organized by Groupe Croissance at Quisqueya University in 2014.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bernier has continuously enhanced his expertise through numerous specialized training programs provided by partner organization networks across the globe, including the Caribbean, Latin America, West Africa, and Europe.
After transitioning to the United States, he gained valuable and diverse experience in the logistics, healthcare, and airport sectors. This immersion allowed him to master the intricacies of the American system and obtain multiple certifications. He is now a Certified Specialist in the American taxation system and a Certified Public Notary.
Now a U.S. citizen residing in Boston, Reynald Bernier founded the Berakah Service Center with the firm intention of leveraging his multidisciplinary expertise to serve his community. His unique journey, combining deep technical knowledge, a strong commitment to community service, and rich international experience, makes him a respected leader and an invaluable resource for the community he is dedicated to serving.
